Is a tracking number provided for my order?
Giftimized offers tracking number for all orders.
What factors affect the delivery time?
Delivery time includes processing time and shipping time. Processing time means the time Giftimized handles the order internally. Delivery time varies based on the destination. The customs policies of different countries can also impact the delivery time. Generally, the package can arrive to its destination on time.
Shipping can take anywhere from 10-35 Days depending on location. For the USA, Australia and Canada it's usually between 10 to 25 days.
How does Giftimized get my shipping address?
We'll get your shipping address when you place the order. If there is something unusual about the destination address, our customer service representative will confirm it with you before shipping the package.
Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address. Giftimized.com can not be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
How can I know my order has been shipped?
You’ll receive a notification e-mail from us when your order is shipped. Information about your order (shipped items, shipping time, tracking number (if available) and tracking website) is included.
My tracking number is not working, what should I do?
Once your package has left Giftimized warehouse in Hong Kong, you can track it soon, but certain shipping providers will take 1-3 business days to process in the Hong Kong Post system and update online. If you have any questions, you can contact us by sending an email to contact@giftimized.com. Giftimized customer service center will respond within 24 hours.
What are the steps of processing an order?
The steps of processing an order on Giftimized.com are as follows:
Step 1: Order printed by our system (0-1 business day)
Step 2: Order picked and packaged by our warehouse (1-2 business days)
Step 3: Package delivered to shipping Center (1 day)
Step 4: Order processed by post and en route to your destination.
Step 5: Shipping can take anywhere from 10-35 Days depending on location. Usually Shipment is between 10 to 25 days for the USA, Australia and Canada.
Note: Generally, we carry all products in stock, but occasionally there's possibility that some items are temporarily out of stock. We will send you email about any issues before posting you item/s.
What are the shipping fees?
Giftimized currently provides Worldwide FREE Shipping on all items regardless of the Item Price and location of customer. However, we do offer Clearance Sale at times when we give out the products for Free. Those items do not qualify for Free Shipping, and the customer will have to bear the Shipping cost.
Will my Items be sent in one Package?
For logistical reasons, items will sometimes be sent in separate packages. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries. If you have any other questions, please contact us.
Do I need to pay taxes or customs duties on my shipment?
Giftimized shipments originate in china which is a free port. Since there is no sale tax imposed by the China government, customers generally will not pay any tax when shopping with us.
As per our data, only few of the packages were opened and checked by customs officials at their destination. Customers are responsible to pay for the taxes if import taxes are assessed.
Although the possibility of import taxes is very slim, we strongly suggest that familiarize yourself with your country's import policy before making a purchase. Please note that some products may require special licenses or permits to import it is the customer's business to handle the products that are confiscated by customs officials in their country. The customer is responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from Giftimized, the recipient is the recorded importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
My order will be shipped on the same day it is placed?
Unfortunately it does not. On average, all orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (see the processing time frame) regardless of the shipping option selected. The processing time for all orders on Giftimized.com is the same.
How do your determine your "Compared to" Prices?
We get these prices from our wholesalers or from competitor analysis.

What should I do if the package is not received?
Firstly, you can track the status by visiting the appropriate tracking website mentioned above. If there's no tracking information, you can contact us by emailing contact@giftimized.com for help when the package has not been received within 10-35 calendar days.
